Carrot, celery, onion, tomato sauce, pork and beef minced meat from Finalnd, pasta and parmigiano.

Friday 10.2

Lasagne della Nonna (L)

100% Finnish meat of pork and beef, pasta sheets, tomato sauce, bechamel and parmigiano reggiano.

Pasta piselli e ricotta

Pasta with tomato sauce, onions, green peas and ricotta.

Risotto coi funghi e tartufo

Arborio rice, champignon mushrooms, truffle paste, white wine, onion, butter and parmigiano reggiano.
